- comments - I liked him most in 'The Silence of the Lambs' (1990), 'The Remains of the Day' (1993), 'Legends of the Fall' (1994), 'Hannibal' (2001) and 'Bobby' (2006) is married to Stella Arroyave since 01. March 2003 was married to Petronella Barker (1967 - 1972, divorced) and Jennifer Lynton (13. January 1973 - 30. April 2002, divorced) has a daughter, Abigail (* 1968) with Barker his parents are Richard Arthur Hopkins (died 30. March 1981) and Muriel Hopkins (* 1913 + 2003) in March 2001 he took his 88 year old mother to a first class trip to Las Vegas for a Siegfried & Roy show, after she told her son, she always wanted to see a show of the two magicians Hopkins renounced his knighthood on 12. April 2000 when he took his dual britsh/USA citizenship but is still allowed to use the 'Sir' in England on 'Larry King Live' (18. July 1998), he said, that Kevin Bacon is one of his favourite actors he was knighted in 1993 and received the title 'Sir' for his performing skills |
